Hello from the Pacific Northwest! Although certainly old enough to have bought some of these ladies for $.98 I don't remember seeing them. Must have had other things going, like being a kid! When I saw them on an HGTV segment I just had to have at least four to use for lunches with friends in my garden! Found one who was missing an earring but loved her. My sister found one in an antique store, fixed her up and gave her to me for my birthday. My husband then showed me Ebay! When I won my first Betty Lou Nichols, I fell madly in love! Each lady gets her own silk flower arrangement to match her outfit. The display is so colorful! Even in winter it is like having a beautiful garden in our kitchen. I do have one of the new ones from china (didn't know she was new at the time!) She is in the bathroom and holds q-tips!

The single lady, from the late 70's, is a special favorite of mine. She has a look on her face that I will have when I retire in Nov. after ten years in retail! Hope you enjoy seeing the ladies and thanks for letting me share. Linda
