Say hello to Lynne!

My name is Lynne Eady and I live in Brisbane Australia. My head vase tale is a sad one brought about by my own greed :- I received my first head in Nov 1994 after seeing her in an Antique store and falling in love. I called her Delores and from there on I was hooked, even joining Maddy Gordon's Headhunters Club.

Here in Australia head vases are nowhere near as common as in the States but can be tracked down with a lot of patience. Well, three years and 30 heads later I was beginning to tire of the chase so when some friends mentioned they wanted us to accompany them on a holiday to Singapore but not being in a finiancial position to accept, my eyes caught sight of my heads peering out at me from their cabinet.....and traitor that I am, I made a couple of phone calls....and bam....they were sold! I kept my three favourite including Delores and off we went on a wonderful holiday.

Well, you guessed it, with the help of the Internet I have fallen in love all over again and must now start anew. But what fun I am having...and the net has brought them all into my home in glorious color! I have enclosed a pic of my three girls...Delores is on the right! BTW I have not seen the middle one much before, do you recognise her? She has a wonderful pony tail and bow at the back.

I love your site but can't chat as my browser isn't Java enabled but I would LOVE to get any emails from other collectors.
