"Ebay Special She is very unique. The only marks I find on her are the numbers 898. There is no maker name at all. The paint on her eyes have wore off some and there is a small chip on the top of her hat. She stands 8" tall to the top of her hat. She is a little dirty and could use a good cleaning. "
