Preorders

We sometimes offer preorders at the website when a new release of girls has been announced. The preorder process helps us to know how many cameo girls to order from the manufacturer. We are happy to accept preorders from all customers with one exception - if you have preordered with us and then cancelled out on the preorder, we will not accept another preorder from you. The cancellation paperwork is not worth the hassle. Preorders are not charged your card until the merchandise comes in and we ship to you.

Return Policy

I will accept a return on your order of ONE Cameo Girl or Ladymoges Boxes if you are not happy with them and you notify me within 3 days of having received them. If you are not sure about the collection, do not order more than one to try them out because I will NOT accept back a large order of these girls. Shipping is NOT refundable on any order. After 3 days, no returns. Please inspect your girls when you receive them.

Shipping Fees

Shipping/handling on the Cameo Girls is based off the number of heads that you order. When you "add to cart" the shipping and handling will display. You can get an exact quote this way before final checkout. Insurance is also calculated each time you add one of the heads to your shopping cart. If any part of your cameo girl order is not in stock, and you request it be backordered, another shipping fee and associated insurance fee will be charged when we ship the backorder. Regarding shipments outside of the U.S. - we will ship world-wide, but the shipping is much higher. Example, 2 cameo girls shipped to Canada will cost you shipping fee of 32.00 - an exact quote can be requested for larger orders. Your country will also charge you a tax when it comes through your customs. We have nothing to do with that fee, if you haven't ordered outside of your country before, you might want to check these fees.

Damage Claims

Your order will be insured when I send them to you. Any damage that occurs in shipping must go through the UPS or USPS claims procedure. If you will need a refund or replacement, this can be done very quickly by reporting your damage immediately with UPS or the post office. If the claim is through the United Post OFfice, we need a copy of your filed and signed damage claim before we will send out a replacement or refund. If your claim is through UPS, you should email us and we will call UPS to initiate the claim. In both cases, you are required to SAVE all packing materials and the damaged item. Do not throw anything away, if you do, no claim can be processed and we will not refund or replace your item.

Suggestions

If you are not sure about the Cameo Girls or Ladymoges Boxes, since they are such a new collection, only order one or two heads at first. Once you have them in "person" and really know the quality and what to expect, then you can order them all. All the heads are as pictured at the website including detailed information about materials and size. If you have any other questions or need help in choosing one, please feel free to ask for more detailed pictures, sizes, etc. We would like to do all that we can to help you choose the right head and avoid unnecessary returns. The Cameo girls are VERY heavy and it is a big job to prepare them for shipping.
