Order TrackingMost all orders are shipped via UPS Ground service within 24 - 48 hours. If you are needing a different delivery service, you would need to request it in the "special instructions" of your order or email us at the time you submit your order. We will be happy to upgrade or change your delivery service per your instructions.If you must have delivery to a Post Office Box or for some reason cannot receive UPS service, let me know and I'll ship yours through the US Mail. When you submitted your order on-line, a screen came back at you with a confirmation number that looks like this: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx and this is the number assigned to your order. If you received that screen, yes, we received your order. If we have any problems filling your order, we will contact you, otherwise, your order will be shipped within 1-2 days. We email you the UPS tracking number of your shipment when your order is sent out. You can check the status or your order at the UPS Website.
