To request expedited shipping

Enter a detailed message in the "Special Instructions" of your order form at checkout. Include a contact phone number for us to get back to you with the cost of the expedited shipping. The extra shipping fee is according to weight and size of your shipment. We will not release your package until we get your confirmation on the extra shipping costs.
  • UPS 2nd day is appx $20.00 extra
  • UPS Overnight is appx. $30-$40 extra

    Q. How can I request expedited shipping on my order?

    A. Communicate with us!

    For rush delivery within the U.S., UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air service is available at additional cost. Keep in mind - UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. If you would like expedited delivery, simply add clear instructions in the "Special Instructions" field of your order. This field appears during the "checkout" process. Specify what kind of shipping you want - overnight, 2nd day, 3 day - or what. Also leave a number and time where you can be reached so that we can then email or call you and let you know how much this is going to cost you. We will need to get a verbal or written confirmation from you for any additional shipping fees on your order. COMMUNICATE! Call our toll free number and give us instructions at the time you submit your order, or add detailed instructions WITH your order and contact information. Toll free number: 800 591 1165 - leave message if you receive voice mail. If you have a "must have by" date in mind, we can confirm availability of your items, and determine the best shipping method to guarantee that your shipment arrives as needed. Keep in mind - delivery CAN can be affected by weather, accidents, the unexpected, etc... For RUSH shipments outside of the US - email the specifics for a quote. We use US Express mail for these shipments.

    Q. What is the status of my order?

    A. Check the Status page to view the UPS zone map from Austin, Texas.

    CLICK HERE to check the status of your order. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the time submitted. We use UPS ground and you can view the zone chart to see the time it takes to get to you. You will receive UPS email notification on the day that your order departs from Austin, Texas. The email notification will include the tracking number and estimated scheduled delivery date. If you like to follow up with this information, you can use the www.ups.com website. If you would like us to help you track your packge, you can email us through the "contact us" button at the top of any page on the website.

    Q. How much is shipping/handling?

    A. Shipping/Handling is $9.00 within the U.S

    Shipping on most items at our site is $ 9.00 per order. In addition, there is an insurance charge. On larger and heavier items like the Cameo Girls, Lady Vases and Wall Cabinets, the shipping fee is higher. The shopping cart will display to you your shipping fee before the final checkout, just "add to cart" the items you want to display the associated shipping and insurance fees. All packages can be confirmed via the www.ups.com website by keying in the confirmation number assigned to your order. Our confirmation number is the UPS "Reference" number, not UPS tracking number. Your confirmation number (or order number) was displayed to you after you submitted the order on-line. This is your order number and confirmation number. (NOTE: Exceptions to the 9.00 shipping/handling fee are the glass & brass cabinets and any other overly large items for sale on this site.) We are now shipping all orders through UPS Ground due to all the problems and rate hikes with US Mail services. If you require overnight shipping or 2nd day air, the rates start at 16.00 and you will need to add a note in the special instructions or email or call and let us know that you need your order shipped with a special delivery service. If you would like us to ship your package through some other carrier of your choice, just let us know and we will quote you the rate for your requested service.

    This shiping/handling fee calucalated by our shopping cart is for orders within the U.S.
    If you are outside the U.S. inquire within for exact shipping fee. For global shipments, we will only ship via U.S. Express mail and minimum charge is appx. 36.00 to 46.00 dollars world-wide, depending on the exact weight of your package.

If at anytime you are not comfortable ordering through the internet, you may place a phone order by calling us at (512) 918-9255 or 1 800 591 1165 - the most likely time to reach us is between 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (cst Texas). But feel free to call any time, any day up to 10:30 p.m. - if you don't find us here you can leave a message and we'll promptly return your call.

    Q. How much is insurance? Do I need insurance?

    A. Insurance is required to protect from loss or damage.

    Insurance is calculated on the value of the items you order. Yes, insurance is required. Every order will be insured and the amount is calculated through the shopping cart per the value of the items you are ordering. When you drop an item in your cart, the shipping and insurance fee will be displayed to you. Insurance protects both you and Christine's Closet from damage or loss during shipping.

    Q. Can you ship my charms in a US First Class envelope so I can save on shipping.

    A. No, definately not.

    From previous experience, the customer that asks for a "cheaper" mailing in a non-trackable first class envelope, is also going to be crying that their items were lost, never received, or damaged. We will not ship any items to you this way, so don't even ask.

    Q. When will I receive my order?

    A. Check the Order Status Page for Details.

    Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days of submission. If there is going to be a delay with your order, we will notify you by email. After you place your order, you can check our "Order Status" page within 48 hours. It plugs you into the www.ups.com website. Their database doesn't always update at the exact time we print your UPS label, so if you have any concerns, we are happy to hear from you by email.

    Q. Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

    A. Yes! But the shipping is more and you can inquire within for an exact quote.

    For orders outside of the US, the shipping fee that displays on your order form if you've ordered through the cart program is NOT accurate. If sending outside of the U.S., we will only ship via U.S. Express mail and the minimum shipping fee is average 36.00 to 42.00 - this can go higher, depending on the weight and value of your items. Something else to consider, your country will charge you some type of tax when you receive your items. We have nothing to do with that fee, and don't know the amount. It is up to you to check with your customs so you know what to expect. If any package is returned to us because you wouldn't accept your country's customs fees, your shipping fee will not be reiumbursed as we don't get reiumbursed for a returned unsigned for package.
