Save the warranty sent with your watch. Should your Mudd timepiece develop any operating defect within the warranty period, do not return it to the store, send it to the service center printed on your warranty along with $6.50 check or money order for each watch, plus applicable sales tax to cover handling, postage and costs and proof of purchase.

The above are the terms on Mudd watches. Mudd is not liable for any incidental, economic or consequential damage. The warranty is void if the watch has been mishandled, tampered with or serviced by others. Make sure that the proper battery is used when the batter is replaced. Insertion of an incorrect battery may damage your watch. Such damage is not covered by your warranty.
